I received the Marketing Plan Pro. Thank you very much.

I don’t know if you have to deal much with hardware or especially software vendors but if you do you know it can be a royal pain in the backside. Being able to call your support staff and getting a live body, English speaking, from the U.S., or to email you and have you respond so quickly both to the email and the request is like water to a man dying of thirst.

You people are doing a great job with a great product, that gets better with each version, and I just wanted to say THANKS!
